| Comrades, We propose the government should offer the People's Republic of Badara an unconditional 100,000,000,000 DDO grant, to be funded by a one-off "windfall tax" on the 25 largest corporations operating in Dorvik. This will help the people of Badara in their brave struggle for the overthrow of global capitalism. We also propose Dorvik should support Badara's election to the Security Council.
