| Votes: This bill presents the formation of a shadow cabinet. As per the Structure of Democracy Act it requires more than half of the legislature from parties not in government to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if insufficient votes are reached on the deadline. It passing will be announced by the speaker in the bill debate Proposals Article 1 The Revolutionary Anarcho-communist Party chairs the shadow cabinet.
