| Article 1 1) An early election may only be called if there are empty seats in the Beluzian National Congress 2) An early election can not be proposed within 4 months of the next already scheduled election. 3) An early election can not be proposed within 3 months after the last election, unless the Presidency is vacated 4) There can only be 2 early elections called within one year 5) If the Presidency is empty, then it does not count towards the total in part 4, of section 1 6) Elections called due to previous Congressional rules do not count under these rules Article 2 1) If there are more than 10% of Congressional Seats open then all parties must vote for the election motion 2) If there are less than there is no forced vote. Article 3 1) A Party May make a motion for a early election even in cases where these requirements are not met, however they may not be voted on before a voice vote to determine if 2/3rds of the Legislature supports the motion. If 2/3rds of the Seats voice support than the bill may go to the voting stage. |
