Section I.) Drones & UAVs
Article 1.) The use of Armed UAVs or Drones will be restricted to the Hutorian Air Force
Article 2.) Drones may only be utilized in active combat zones, as recognized as an area where Hutorian Forces are actively deployed.
Article 3.) Drones may only use offnlensice weaponry in direct defence of members of the Hutorian Armed Forces and only when civilian casualties will be zero.
