Voting deadline: June 4293

Description[?]:

Members of the Reichstag,

In line with the Imperial Principalities Act, (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=539695) the Empress Beatrice II has bestowed upon her eldest son, Jens Manfried Lasburg-Thaller, the new landed title Prince of Hilgar.

His Royal Highness, who has just celebrated his 18th birthday, is first in line to the throne and this gift celebrates his coming of age.

As per details outlined in the above-mentioned Act and, as per Article 11.2 of the Hulstrian Constitution, the Prince will maintain good governance of the Principality by ensuring the continuing provision of a local council (OOC: to comply with game mechanics). The state council is currently controlled by the HKP party, which holds 8 of the 15 seats and endorses this decision.

We are sure all parties in the Reichstag will join us in welcoming this decision and celebrate the coming of age of Crown Prince Jens - our future emperor!

Otto Zunke
Internal Affairs Spokesperson for the HKP.

Random fact: There are two countries based on Egypt in the game. Cobura is based on modern Egypt with a retro twist, while Hawu Mumenhes is based on Ancient Egypt with a modernist twist.
