| Felippe Di Vittorio, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Honorable members of parliament, This bill will authorize joint military exercises amongst our allies, the Majatran Alliance. Such exercises are long overdue and they act as preventative measures, which ensure that noone dares to attempt to even touch the alliance. The events in Deltaria recently highlight the necessity of the exercises. I hope that all will vote in favor of authorizing this bill hence finally allowing joint military exercises with our allies of the Majatran Alliance.
