| This bill will start forth construction on two major military bases, a naval base in Madison, which will have a section for a helipad and one medium sized dry dock for construction of naval battle ships, and a joint base Norwalk, which will have access to a field hospital, an arsenal and a full compliment barracks to house the troops and better ready them to be alert and active in case of emergencies; as well as the construction of a naval academy in Santa Antonia, Madison and an officers academy located inside Clovisport , the projected cost of construction to these facilities is estimated to be three-hundred and fifty billion (350,000,000) over a time period of five (5) years. |
