| We are convinced, that privately owned defence industries are dangerous for our nation. Article I.) PRIVATE OWNERSHIP Section 1.) Private ownership can be allowed under strict control of the State Section 2.) Founding of defence industries must be authorized by the State Article II.) DEPRIVATION OF OWNERSHIP Section 1.) Private industries can be purchased by the State Section 2.) Private industries can be canceled by law by the State Section 3.) Private industries can be under control of the State (then it is possible to keep the industries in ownership) Article III.) CREATING OF NEW CORPORATION (PDIC) Section 1.) Private Defense Industry Corporation is under Minister of Defense Section 2.) PDIC is lead by the president of the corporation Section 3.) Power of corporation is only in PDIC (can not interfere with the government) Section 4.) PDIC manages private state-controled defence industry ownership (confiscation, selling, buying) Section 5.) All decisions of PDIC go directly through the Ministry of Defense and above In this case the private ownership must be fully restricted, transferred to the state or fully controled! |
