Section I: The Minister of the Defence shall be empowered to: Determine which Beluzian groups oppose undemocratic rule; Provide loans to Beluzian groups opposing undemocratic rule; Provide a direct grant of arms to Beluzian groups opposing undemocratic rule; Provide military intelligence to Beluzian groups opposing undemocratic rule; Send military advisors to Beluzia to aid groups opposing undemocratic rule. Section II: The Ministry of Finance shall be empowered to: Issue loans to Beluzian groups opposing undemocratic rule; Freeze any and all assets under the jurisdiction of the Gweriniaeth Ddemocrataidd Aloria (Democratic Republic of Aloria) which are owned directly or indirectly by the membership of the military junta in Beluzia and their allies. Section III: No Alorian person or entity may trade with the Beluzian military junta or any organization or individual allied with the Beluzian military junta. All persons affiliated or allied with the Beluzian military junta are barred from entering Aloria. Persons affiliated or allied with the Beluzian military junta are to be expelled from Aloria. This clause shall not be construed to mandate the Alorian government must expel prisoners of war. Section IV: This act may be suspended by a decision of the President of Aloria with approval from the Prime Minister. No part of this act may be construed to deprive Alorian citizens of the right to freedom of expression or assembly, specifically but not limited to the opposition to war. This act will expire 1 December 4302, but can be renewed with a majority vote of the Senate before this expiration for a duration of time as defined by the Senate. |
