Currently workers have to take from their salary to save for social security and retirement plan. We propose, in order to ease that burden that the owners of the bussines pay for it, in exchange they will receive a tax cut. This is not mandatory but opens a new door for the development of our nation |

Current: All enterprises are required to cover basic payroll contributions for their employees.
Proposed: Payroll contributions are not mandatory but the government grants tax incentives to providers.
