| This is a bill concerning the current violent events in Beluzia. it has 3 proposals 1. Elections will be Free and Fair and will have international Observers. No electoral Fraud allowed anymore. 2. A constitution will be drafted with members from all parties according to their seat share. 3. All sides will stop using violence and will vote in favour of an amnesty that will remove the need for punishement or jail time to all involved for their crimes commited before or during these events until the signation of this accord. 4. the army will be disbanded and a new one formed including members from all sides. 5.Dr Wewecho Pantafloja will not be ever tried for corruption or anything he has done. |
