Imposing laws against hate speech is a violation to human rights, because freedom of speech and thought is necessary to achieve peace. Everyone has different opinions and ideologies and should not be persecuted for openly expressing them However, publishing false information is misleading we actively discourage it. But hate speech, even though it is hate speech, is a right we all must have access to. Regardless or age, economic position and gender. |
