| Here is a message I recieved from the Head of the Baltusian Government. "Honoured National Leaders, Baltusia is becoming ever more concerned with international situations; to our North, Lodamun is suffering terrorist attacks from an organisation calling itself People’s Anarchist/Communist Front (PACF). This has been endorsed by a number of their nation's parties. To our east, Kalistan and Gaduridos are arming their border, each nation escalating matters unnecessarily to a dangerous level. These matters threaten to destabilise our continent, a risk we wish to avert. Big Hairy Chief, President. For our future safety and security, I suggest our three nations form a treaty organisation. This could take the form of economic, political or military ties, or any combination of those three. We hope that creating strong ties between our three great nations will act as a stabilising force on the continent. I await your reply with interest. President Maria Oberman Republic of Baltusia" |
