The national flag is an important symbol that represents us before the entire international community. We cannot expect other countries to respect us when we don't demand our citizens to respect our national symbols. Message | Our flag represents us and we must all treat it with the respect it deserves. Not regulating flag desecration is a civil liberty that shouldn't be allowed, because anyone who disrespects its nation isn't a worthy citizen of Likatonia. Everleigh Swinton Democratic Party Leader Martin O'Malley Chair of the Democratic Party Internal Affairs Committee |

Message | The WSP holds that anyone who payes taxes, works, and contributes in our economy, was born here, or have gone through the trouble of immigrating to Likatonia, and becoming a legal citizen, can, and should never be deemed "unworthy." Furthermore, we feel that flag desecration is no more than simply burning cloth, and a protected means of protest; we must uphold our citizens right to free speech, and allow citizens to express discontent with the government, for these are vital organ in our democracy. The WSP oppose this bill. Richard G.S Ulysses, Chairman of the WSP |

Message | We support free speech, it's constitutional right. But desecrating the national flag is a demonstration of treason to the nation. Once again, it represents us in front of other countries and we can't ask them to respect us when our citizebs don't. I apologize for saying that citizens thay desecrate the flag are unworthy, everyone who pays taxes and contributes is a citizen. However we need yo reinforce the way we let them trest our national flag. There's a lime between expressing and protesting and actually terrorising and vandalizing our national symbols. It would be like someone changing the national anthem lyrics or publicly killing an elk. Those are symbols that represent us and we should treat them with the respect they deserve. Everleigh Swinton Democratic Party Leader |

Message | Incorrect or disagreeable speech is still free speech. We cannot expect other countries to respect us when we do not allow our citizens the freedom to treat their leadership as they wish. |
