| Message | We have reviewed the different arguments made in favour of legalised prostitution, but we remain of the view that it is not healthy to have a society that is so unequal that some members are prostituting their bodies for sex. This is an exploitation too far. The mere presence of prostitution encourages a negative and inhuman attitude towards those who try to make a living in this way. Prostitution is not the answer. We all know it is mixed up with drug and alcohol abuse, and also frequently with mental health problems We can - and we should - offer our citizens something better than this.
