We propose that the method of appointing, and the appointing of mayors be delegated to the Lords and Ladies and Principality parliaments who can better represent the interests of the people and the local nobility. 1. Her Most Imperial Majesty, Beatrice II of the House Labsburg; Empress of Greater Hulstria and of Sekowo, Queen of the Gao-Showa, Archduchess of Hent-Kelvon, Illustrious High Warden of Dovani, Sovereign of the Eastern Sun and Defender of the Hosian Faith will concede the appointment of mayors to the Nobles and Parliament of each Principality. 2. The landed nobility of each Principality shall receive one vote each on the method of or the appointment of mayors. If a majority cannot be made among the nobility than the local parliaments shall take a vote on the matter. |
