In order to move the country forward, we propose these changes Justice Article 1. 1.1 In order to transfer power to lower authorities Article 2. 2.1 Only decent citizens are allowed to vote Article 3. 3.1 In extreme cases, we must strictly punish Article 4. 4.1 Modern and civilized state cannot allow something like a duels Article 5. 5.1 Modern and civilized state cannot allow physical punishment Article 6. 6.1 State needs well funded police department, for defence of government and civilians Article 7. 7.1 Article 8. 8.1 Using of army weapons is transferred to special units Article 9. 9.1 Article 10. 10.1 Article 11. 11.1 Execution is a serious and sad thing, therefore it is necessary to privatize it Charles Wimbel Minister of Justice |
