Reintroduced by President Timothy Drumf in 4298, the Federal Blacklist combined the Anti-Slavery Watchlist, the Business Black List and the Persona Non Grata List, in addition the Terrorism Watchlist and the Foreign Affairs Travel Ban List into a singular list.

Nations, Entities, Organization and Persons list on this List are hereby "Blacklisted" from Hutori.

Nations on this list hereby have their diplomatic recognition by Hutori. Travel is Hereby Banned to and From These Nations. Citizens of origin of these Nations are ineligible to obtain Visas to visit Hutori and any Visas currently held by those nations are hereby revoked. A total and complete Trade Embargo on the goods of that nations are banned in Hutori.

Entities and Organization may perform no business in Hutori, and any employees, affilates or subsidiaries are hereby barred from entry into Hutori. Any and all assets within Hutori are hereby frozen and seized.

Persons on this List are barred from entering into Hutori. Any Assets within Hutori are hereby seized and frozen.

As the government is moving forward with the dismantlement of the Hutorian Federal Police Service this List has now become de-funct with no agency to oversee it. This is being moved to a moved for posterity's sake.
