Mr Speaker of the Chamber,

Millions of people today and for decades by now have been suffering the discriminatory policies enforced by the supremacist dundorfian government of Hulstria. For too long Malivia has remained silent before what are only crimes against Humanity.
As beacon of the Free World, it is our duty to show first of all our determination and resoluteness to continue to fight the anti-democratic and authoritarian regimes, to fight the violation of Human Rights.

For this reason I'm proposing to the Parliament this resolution to officially condemn Hulstria, reject any form of recognition for its Government and to impose against this nation sanctions and a total embargo for its segregationist and discriminatory policies and other serious violation of Human Rights.

With this resolution the Free State of Malivia officially:

- Deny any diplomatic and official recognition to the Government of Hulstria and to all its members and employees.

- Considers the Government of Hulstria and to all its members and employees as convicted of crimes against Humanity.

- Imposes trade and economical sanctions, including a total embargo, on Hulstria, so to forbid to export goods, services, funds or investments in Hulstria and imports of same kind incoming from Hulstria.

- Denies the validation of Hulstrian visa, in incoming as outgoing, for all the nationals as well as foreign citizens except if there is a request of political asylum.

- Retires the visa authorization to any Hulstrian citizens currently in Malivia demanding them to leave the country in three weeks and expelling immediately the diplomatic officials of Hulstria present in Malivia. Those in violation will be subject to criminal persecution by part of the Malivian Justice. Are excluded all those who will demand political asylum and the official recognition as political refugees.

- Refuses to authorize landing of planes and docking of ships of Hulstrian origin, except if there is an emergency, in that case the crews and the passengers will be sent back in Hulstria as soon as possible while the merchandise will be seized, or if come a request of political asylum.

-Any Malivian citizen, organization or firm in violation of this disposition is punishable by fines and prison sentences, commensurate with the gravity of the infringement, as well as can also result in a trial for minor treason for acts against the national interest.

If the Parliament give their authorization for a special bill, presented by the Government as well as by a Party, Malivia is authorized to organize or participate in humanitarian mission in favor of the discriminated population of Hulstria.

Finally, the Malivian Government reserves the right to authorize activities in support of the Hulstrian discriminated population: the people involved in such activities and their actions are not punishable by the provisions of this law.
