| The Senate hereby condemns the activities of the PTFN. Noting that the Revolution of 4114 was specifically against fascism and fascist tyranny the PTFN is hereby considered a counter-revolutionary organisation. With evidence presented to us that the PTFN has been seeking to recruit fascists from outside Kanjor to overthrow the democratic government by force the leadership of the PTFN and its illegal paramilitary organization are considered traitors to the Republic. The Fascist paramilitaries are ordered by the government to disband and disarm. Any who refuse will be considered traitors and arrest warrants issued. Arrest warrants will be issued for Benjoin Langlouis and all other PTFN leaders. They will be brought before the Senate to stand before a Revolutionary Tribunal. This act will revive the Revolutionary Tribunal system, which proscribes death for those convicted by the Senate for those found guilty of plotting against the Republic or the Revolution. |
