MessageWe suggest that companies contribute to pay for their emplyees' social security. However such contribution will not come directly from the employers' pocket. We suggest that a 4.83% of the employees' salary is deducted every month to contribute to their social security membership for when they retire.

This way we can ensure all working citizens are covered by social security without havin too much impact on business economy. Employees will indirectly pay for their own social scecurity.
