| As the situation is escalating in Ostland, we propose the following motion. NOTICING, the Security Council's resolution to fight the Wolfsheim Disease. http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=7649 NOTICING, that Hulstria, the current illegal occupant of Ostland, are hindering the humanitarian affairs of both the Security Council and our own New Endrolian company Cancon. NOTICING, the Security Council's resolution to defend the humanitarian mission in Ostland. http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=7649 RE-AFFIRMING, that the main task of the Confederate government is to protect the citizens, including Cancon employees, who are trying to contain the plague. PROCLAIMING, that New Endralon supports the Security Council's reslotutions and condems the Hulstrian efforts to disturb the humitarian efforts. DECIDING, that the 5th Strike Group will be send from Hanzen, where they are currently watching the situation in Dalibor, to the east coast of Ostland to monitor the escalating situation there.
