Description[?]:
The Assembly, in order to protect the civic virtue of the Republic, does adopt the findings of the FERC, as denoted on the first of January, 4301. Section one: Findings of the Report. Sec. 1(a): The Committee did investigate the party, and over the course of sixty days, found the party lacking in their secularity and willingness to dispense with sectarian and ethnic superiority. According to the committee members, the investigators denoted a clear aim, as reported by members of the party themselves, to quote " ....demand that Barmenistan .... recognize the Living Incarnation of Holy Bastet as the Hldjeznka (Supreme Cat) and the head of state of Barmenistan." Sec. 1(b): If proven true, this aim is in violation of the constitution and various recent statutes. Though other punishments shall be up to the judiciary, the Committee does recommend the disqualification of the OC from local, provincial, and federal elections. Section two: Disqualification of the OC pending appeal. Sec. 2(a): The Assembly does denote that it regards the findings of committee as displeasing, and worrisome in regards to the negative impact of the OC on the civic life of the Republic. Sec.2(b): The Assembly does here disqualify the Orthodox Community from all federal elections, until the party provides sufficient proof that it has genuinely disregarded its sectarian views. However, the OC shall be free to participate in provincial and local elections. Section three: Enactment of the Committee Report recommendations. Sec. 3(a): The recommendations of the Committee shall be duly adopted and enacted in law within thirty days time. Section four: Formal enactment. Sec. 4(a): The passage of this regulation shall take effect no later than September first of this year. |
