MessageWe feel it should be considered that it is unfair to the children of an incestuous relationship to face the health consequences of their parents' actions. Especially so as the parents are most likely aware of the health issues they are passing on to their offspring.

Incest is not victimless when children are born with health issues as a result; this is why it should be prosecuted actively only if pregnancy results.

MessageWe will support this bill. We agree with the NLH in this instance that the consequences of incest can be profound and troubling.
