| Mr. Speaker, Our party submits these two tax and budget proposals to the house, we request all parties to regard them as one bill. Our goal is to lower the income taxes and to increase the VAT taxes to do so, we increase the VAT taxes to 6% on essential goods and 19% on luxury goods. This will allow the state to gain 203 billion which we intend to spend on healthcare and welfare subsidies, giving money to underfunded ministeries and increase the defense budget.
