Aidano Cesaro, Parliamentary Leader of C.C., introduces the following proposal: Whereas the importance of a free and independent press are paramount; Whereas nationalization, partial or whole, of industries runs contrary to the Istalian spirit; Whereas the emergency measures used to justify the partial nationalization of media outlets has mostly dissipated; and Whereas it is, and ought to be, a priority to restore market forces to the information industry; Therefore, be it enacted by the Camera dei Deputati: -All television media are private. -All radio stations are private. |
