Message | Mr. Speaker This is a severe limitation of democracy. By proposing this bill you restrict those people, who want to profess and to learn other religions and cultures. Government law about religious advertising says "Religions are permitted to freely promote and advertise themselves". I'm not saying, that radical and extremist ideas are good, but banning of all foreign missionaries is not good way. Of course, it would help, but it is too restrictive. Also I think, that Ministry of Foreign Affairs can handle this problem better, than this proposal. David Blix Leader of National Conservative Party |
