| Political gridlock has left the party of the Maréchal unable to form a cabinet far too many times. This is backwards and stops progress in its tracks. This resolution would require that all parties vote in favor of the formation of a cabinet by the party which has a politician in the position of Maréchal. This ensures that the Maréchal would be able to properly govern the nation, this does not give the Maréchal the ability to legislate. Parties would only be required to vote for the initial formation of a cabinet, parties would not be obligated to vote in favor should the party holding the position propose another cabinet. All other cabinet formations would be handled by the legislature, should minister die. |
