MessageHerr Huspresident,

I believe it is the mistake of the Kjerne party for not checking the newspapers. The Folkehelsevesenet (Public Health Protection Agency) conducted tests on the various vaccines formed by the Hutorian and New Endralonian scientific/medical community. It had been revealed that the vaccine (the Hutorian vaccine), had showed positive results for curing the disease. Posterior to this discovery, the international community launched a major humanitarian drive which enabled healthcare professionals to administer the vaccines for the virus.

Herr Huspresident, on the matter of the contents of this legislation. We believe that article three will not assist the government more so the Ministry of Home Affairs with the integration of refugees into our nation. For the past centuries we have given refugees integration-aid as a means of making the integration phase for the government easier. The integration aid given to refugees assists in offsetting differences including adequate finances for refugees to obtain education, food, clothing and possibly a permanent settlement and etc. By doing this, we have enabled refugees to have equal access to integration service throughout the country, regardless of where they settle.

MessageHerrar Huspresident and Statsminister,

Yes, when the reports of the vaccine were sufficiently confirmed to us, we were unswervingly for the international declaration of war against Hulstria.

One article was already passed in a separate bill, so we deleted it. We agree that the policies the remaining articles regard are such as not to a great extent befall the foreign ministry.
We want to pass them nevertheless, for reasons I shall not take up the time to discuss right now.

As our minister of Finance, Arvid Horn, will be willing to point out to you, it is your own NA budget we are working with. You slashed the foreign affairs budget down to less than 1/8 of what it had previously been. We were three government parties that voted for your budget proposal and it passed.
I have come to suspect that what happened was that you accidentally dropped a zero in the foreign affairs post, and you really meant 60 Billion KKR, but wrote 6 Billion KKR.
But as long as we do not pass a new budget, we must work within the limits we are given.

It is a grave dishonesty if a party keeps promising extensive foreign aid, when we actually don't have the budget for it.
That is apart from it being a dishonesty against our own working class for the Workers Congress to exact the worlds highest tax for low-income earners, for to send to jet-set friends of other countries.
Can you deny it, Herr Gregersen?

MessageHerr Huspresident,
Herr Solbakken

You are true in your sentiments Herr Solbakken. Our error in judgement has costed our nation's foreign policy outlook a major beat-down. We hope that in the coming years, we will be able to rectify the issue and move forward with our plans. For now on the 6 billion Krona budge for the Foreign Affairs Ministry, we intend on intensifying our efforts to forge foreign policy agreement with other nations. However, until the NAF drops its isolationist tendencies we do not intend on wasting the time of the Stortinget to place a treaty that will never pass.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
