Bill: Big Business Regulation of 4307

Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Socialists of Kalistan

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4308

Description[?]:

We welcome input on these issues and are willing to discuss potential compromises. That said, we believe that ensuring competition in the marketplace by eliminating monopolies and regulating stock exchanges will make the economy more stable and protect the livelihood of Kalistani workers. Also, returning to a corporate tax rate of 15% will ensure the government can afford to expand its programs and cut taxes on the middle class without entering into a deficit.

MessageWe find these to be reasonable regulations that benefit consumers without excessively infringing in the free market, so we support. We do think the corporation tax should be left as is for the moment.
