Message | It is a sad day when the workers of this nation are forced into unions, forced to pay their wages to a union they aren't part of, forced to take orders form unions they aren't part of, just to provide for their families. Bianca Heilprin Co-Leader of One Dorvik |

Message | Mr Speaker, This Proposal doesn't force people to join unions, this proposal just allows workers to create agency shops.I hope that One Dorvik supports the other proposals. Salma Kazim, Leader of the Dorvik For All Party |

Message | We support the second article only. This creates union shops, were employees must become members, and agency shops, were employees must cover membership fees. These are unfair and tyrannical economic models that make work less flexible. DWCs are awful at making executive decisions and invariably do worse in the marketplace than partnerships and limited companies. There is a saying, 'too many cooks spoil the broth', and that is what the DWCs do wrong. They make our economy less stable. Bianca Heilprin Co-Leader of One Dorvik |

Message | Mr. Chairman, Whilst we strongly support the second and third articles, we do have a problem with "union shops" and "agency shops", because they are essentially undemocratic. Workers should have a choice over which trade union to join, and indeed over whether to join a trade union. As communists, we make no secret of the fact we strongly believe every worker should join a union, but nevertheless, there should be individual choice in the matter. Anton Weinreich General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval. |
