Bill: Income tax proposal of November 4308

Voting deadline: July 4309
Description[?]:
Mr. Chairman, Dorvik's public services are severely funded. We need to raise more tax revenue in order to properly fund them. A progressive system of income tax is the fairest way to do this, as it takes more from the rich than the poor. Anton Weinreich General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |

Message | Although we commend the communists for trying to do something about this situation, this is not the right way forward increasing taxes on poor and middle income earners. But I think we share their anger at this government that has seen a respectable 7 BILLION surplus reduced to a mere 0.1 Billion, utterly disgraceful. Our economy needs a government with strong leadership able to deal with our ever-changing economy, however this government does not have that leadership. |

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost. |
