Voting deadline: November 4309
Description[?]:
As the legislation of Selucia says, the membership of Hosianism is mandatory. All Yeudis, who will be wearing armbands, must be arrested. Any parties who disagree, are resisting the law of land and are out of line. Even though we have lost the consulship, the Fascist Regime will continue to rule supreme. Marcus Antonius Marinus Cato Leader of the Fascist Regimen Immutata |

Message | You have lost the Consulship. This mean your party does not hold the Head of State nor the Head of Government, both titles now given to In Marea-Civis Sinistram. Therefore, Fascist Regimen Immutata does not have the authority to approve this law. This is just wet paper and therefore even if this bill passes it has no legal legitimacy. Petrus Viator Consul of Selucia |

Message | Where in the constitution is this rule present? |

Message | It is easy. Fascist Regimen Immutata does not even hold the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Even if they would hold it, Fascist Regimen Immutata is saying they have the power, while our constitution clearly stablish the the Head of Government is the Head of State, and the Head of State is Petrus Viator, not Marcus Antoninus Marinus Cato, who now is only the leader of a Selucian party. Nothing else. |

Message | You are simply making up these rules as you go, Petrus Viator. The people voted for our parties, and we have selected to profile and arrest Yeudis in their best interest, with their support. It is not up to the HOS to determine Selucia's future, but up to the legislature. |

Message | That's the main issue. The decision to give an executive order to the public police force of a nation lies on the governmental body, not on the legislature, which is the legislative power, as its own name says. Therefore, and as Selucia luckily has separation of powers, the decision to give the arrest warrant corresponds to the executive power represented in the figures of Head of State and Head of Government, unified under the formal title of Consul. Specifically, under the figure of Mr. Petrus Viator, who has not given this order. Wet paper. Orion Sideris, Spokesperson of IMCS |

Message | So In Marea is now denying the Fascist Regime to right to represent the Selucian people in the senate? You call us oppressive, yet now the power has gotten to your head. We were only suggesting the police crackdown, if it was unclear. However, if In Marea does not wish to enforce the laws of our great nation we will have it take it into our own hands. In Marea is correct in saying that the Fascist Regime no longer has the consulship and does not control the ministry of internal affairs, yet, I, Flavius Titus Gaius Cassian continue to represent the Fascist Regime as the minister of defence. As we speak, the Selucian Right Wing Alliance are discussing the mobilizing of the Selucian military and will return with taking action if In Marea continues to disregard the law. Message | "All Yeudis, who will be wearing armbands, must be arrested. Any parties who disagree, are resisting the law of land and are out of line. Even though we have lost the consulship, the Fascist Regime will continue to rule supreme." We would not call this "suggesting". If the FRI does not know the difference between the legislative and the executive power and continue with those actions, may be they will have to know the third one, the judicial power. The legislative power has the power to approve or reject laws. The executive power has the power to take actions. What FRI is "suggesting" is a governmental action. That should be taken by the Head of Government. Is as simply as that. Do not talk about laws if you do not even know how do they work. If the Ministry of Defence dares to use the military against its own population, it will mean the start of a coup d'etat. Orion Sideris, Spokesperson of IMCS |

Message | Again, nowhere in our constitution or laws does it state that one needs to be the Head of State or Cabinet member to exercise certain laws. It is not specified what exactly the role of executive power is in regards to actions such as the one presented above. If the Head of State does not allow this bill to be enacted, we will consider an impeachment process. |

Message | To make it clear: to take an action is to execute an action. Who executes an action? The executive power. It is very simple. Orion Sideris, Spokesperson of IMCS |
Date | 20:07:05, November 27, 2017 CET | From | Pars Militum Petulantia | To | Debating the RP: Police Crackdown on Illegal Yeudis |
Message | What we are calling for is for the government to take action upon legislation, which was democratically put in place, that is not being respected. At this time, In Marea is defying the laws of its own nation. Flavius Titus Gaius Cassian Minister of Defence |

Message | We vote yes, on the condition that the Yeudis of Marestella be pardoned until further notice and that Mrestella becomes its own independent region. Cassius Brutus |

Message | This parliamente is a joke. A total and shameful joke. In Marea is not breaking any law as no law allows the arrest of civilians because of their beliefs. A mandatory religions only implies to say so, while in the inside of everyone one can believe in what they want Orion Sideris |
