Bill: Payroll Contribution (Social Security) For All Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Unsubmissive Beluzian Workers Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 4310
Description[?]:
We need to ensure that corporations cover basic contributions instead of leaving our people to die without social security, which has occurred in the past year because people with inadequate or no income have not received anything. This is a blatant disregard for human rights and if we want a strong, healthy and economic prosperous nation, it is only correct if the reasonable few of corporations who have seen the desparate situation the Beluzian people have been in for two decades to provide such things. |

Message | OOC: What this means is that payroll taxes are taxes that are paid by employers and employees through payroll. That is taxes are taken out of employee pay, collected by employers and paid by employers on behalf of employees. So basically, businesses are required to pay taxes that is related to employing a worker. So basically, the employer covers social security, healthcare and other insurance problems for workers |
