| By the Foreign Affairs and Defence Ministries: A Proclamation. Seeing the action of the actions of the illegitimate and tyrannic government of Hulstria. ( http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7531&p=125307#p125307 ) Have decided to formally and unilaterally give punishment to the perpetrators. Henceforth before all state actors that formally endorse or defend the Hulstria illegitimate government shall be branded as criminals against humanity and their punishment shall be Damnatio memoriae. (In lay mans terms Death and being stricken from history) |
