Bill: P.R.2 Empowerment of Local Energies Act of 4309
Details
Submitted by[?]: Independent People's Liberty League
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 4311
Description[?]:
When it comes to the energy provided to our citizens and nation we need a system where local government and local communities have a say in energy corporations and subsidizing the costs of the energy service provided to them. By establishing a case-by-case basis instead of a blanket basis we would eliminate unnecessary subsidies and improve undeveloped areas of the nation in a way that the current legislation cannot. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Energy regulation.
Old value:: Energy is provided by private, unregulated companies but subsidies are given to those on a low income.
Current: Energy is provided by nationalised companies.
Proposed: Energy provision is left to local governments.

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
