An act to establish formal regional legislatures as part of the federal structure of Zardugal.

Article 1. Statoj Legislatures
1.1 The governments of each Stato shall be composed of a unicameral legislature called the Stata Asembleo, regularly and democratically elected by the people of the Stato.
1.2 The Legislatures of the Stato shall hold jurisdiction on all domains that the federal government of Zardugal has delegated to local governments.
1.3 The Legislatures of the Stato are to be elected at the same time as the Federal general elections, and are composed of the state delegation results to the Nacia Asembleo.

Article 2. Statoj Governments
2.1 Cabinets of each Stato can be adopted by a majority (50%+1) vote of the Stata Asembleo.
2.2 Stato cabinets shall be of similar form to the federal cabinet.

Article 3. Entry into Effect
3.1 The first Stataj Asembleoj elections shall take place in June 4312
