Message | OOC: I want a new house of congress so I will support it. (I support the creation of an indirectly elected senate with equal representation per state). also a question, if this were passed how would it be elected, and would it have any effect on our ability to pass normal laws or only rp laws or would it make an rp requirement to pass in the new house for it to be passed in the Congress? |
Date | 06:12:15, December 01, 2017 CET | From | Unsubmissive Beluzian Workers Party | To | Debating the OOC/RP: Creation of Constitutional Strength Laws |
Message | OOC: The only way for a new house of congress to be elected is by RP. There are no functions in game that allow for an implementation of another house of congress |

Message | (OOC) We Could model it after several other existing bicameral legislatures, and ask for them to offer assistance in creating it, or we could wing it and hope for the best. |

Message | OOC: The aforementioned point is better. Winging it will just end up in everything being a disaster |
