Description[?]:
*** Nimitz reads out von Geraniengau's letter to gathered Party Members whilst turning ever more purple. Then he laughs manically causing some loyal party members to laugh nervously *** What a f**king traitor! This scum has betrayed The Party, sold his country to the rebels and opened the door for the Kazulians and their allies to invade from the north. His actions will leave our armed forces in great jeopardy - he may well have signed the death warrant of tens of thousands of our soldiers on the front. He is without doubt the most ignoble c**t I have ever encountered! So he must learn that obedience to the Party and loyalty to his country is not something he can just walk away from. Therefore, we will find him and bring him to justice. We have many Septembrist spies and soldiers now in captivity and they will know where this man and his false government are. Therefore, I propose to change our use of torture laws, so that we may extract his whereabouts, as well as the location of other members of the illegal administration, from these prisoners. Furthermore, all lands, assets, bank accounts and property of Haus von Geraniengau will be seized by the state with immediate effect. Any members of his extended family will also be tracked down and arrested. Finally, we will give him the chance to give himself up to our authority so he may face the nation and repent for his crimes before being put to death. As an incentive, for everyday he does not hand himself in, we will execute one of the Septembrist sympathisers we have in captivity - or people suspected of backing their cause. If he still hasn't given himself up within three months, this will be increased to 10 a day, in six months to 20 a day, and so on. Let this be a warning to any other member of the party who is doubting where their loyalties lie - fall in line or face the consequences. Reichskanzler Leopold Nimitz |

Message | *** Glares at clerk *** Do you think I was born yesterday? Nammingsberg is a f**king decoy, you klutz. No, the cowards are hidden elsewhere. When I find them I will bomb them from this world to the next. (OOC: To be honest, I don't reckon Nimitz much cares for the truth. He just wants to lash out, draw blood and wreak spiteful revenge by proxy.) |

Message | (OOC: Oh, I know, but I could totally see some bureaucratic pedant stammeringly trying to explain to Nimitz how he's wrong. Plus he's now such fun to lampoon. Hope you enjoyed the little bit in Die Stimme!) |

Random quote: "The moral justification of capitalism does not lie in the altruist claim that it represents the best way to achieve 'the common good.' It is true that capitalism does, if that catch-phrase has any meaning, but this is merely a secondary consequence. The moral justification for capitalism lies in the fact that it is the only system consonant with man's rational nature, that it protects man's survival qua man, and that its ruling principle is justice." - Ayn Rand |
