Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 4311
Description[?]:
The Conservative Unionists Party feels that it is necessary for the retirement age to be lowered to 62. From the age of 60 onwards, workers are beginning to become less able to work to the full potential of companies requirements therefore we feel that this retirement age should be lowered in order to create more job vacancies for younger people who are more able to work to an excellent requirement. |

Date | 03:08:01, December 02, 2017 CET | From | Workers' Party | To | Debating the The New Professional Retirement Act |
Message | We are a party that supports all workers rights. Why should old people who wish to continue working be forced out of their jobs? This is worse than being fired; at least firing is done because the worker is considered to be unskilled. Skilled workers of some age will be discriminated with this bill. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Compulsory retirement is not being proposed - what is being proposed is an earlier retirement age, allowing workers to retire earlier with the same benefits. John Miller Leader of the National Democratic Party |
