| The Whig Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. After the attack last year the nation voted to give the Ministry of Defense increased funds in order to prevent this from ever happening again, this budget attempts to do the same while reducing deficit spending. This budget places minor cuts in some ministries in order to increase funding for the national police and other law enforcement agencies, as well as increase funding for the court system. Justice must go hand in hand with law and order, last year our military, our intelligence agencies, and our police all failed the people of Khodor and this budget attempts to ensure that it never happens again.
