| Until now, the employers have absolute impunity when firing their workers, just by deeming their cause unreasonable. How we can guarantee the welfare of the worker, if every time we go on strike, we have to fear what the bourgeois thinks about our fight? The strikes are the guns of the worker, they do not kill, they defend. That's the reason behind this bill. The government must, and will, guarantee the workers ability to defend themselves. |
