Description[?]:
Mr. Chairman, Recent events in Indrala (OOC: see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7351&p=125697#p125697 ) have demonstrated yet again that profit-motivated private companies cannot be trusted to put safety first when it comes to operating public transport. The Dorvish transport system should be fully under public ownership and run in the interests of the Dorvish people. We propose that all railways and airlines operating in Dorvik should be nationalised. We also propose that the industry surrounding the manufacture of trains, buses, planes and other public transport vehicles should be nationalised. This is not just about efficiency, this is about safety too. The private sector should no longer have a role in these areas. Anton Weinreich General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
