MessageHerr Huspresident,

We thank the Mittenparti representative for her engagement for the best of Kazulia.
The wording of the bill might imply that vaccinations is the only medical operation that shall be subsidised.
If so, the bill is very moderate and judicious, and I am not categorically against it.

But this proposal means a reaction and rolling back of the comprehensive program for the progressive decentralization of the health care system that has started under this government.
We prefer to empower PEOPLE, not institutions, by letting individuals and families control more of the money for themselves, instead of institutions deciding for them.
Concerning the encouragement for vaccinations, it is not that we are principally against vaccination, but we know how such a policy tends to get abused and corrupted by private interests who manage to buy political support for their agendas to sell their product, getting the seal of "national edict" on their product. Even though this bill does not call for enforced vaccination, it will provide for unfair advertisement of select products.

These are subtle issues, but Kjerne will vote no this bill, and pursue our own program for Health Care and Welfare, such as this government has initiated.
