Message | Shanique Harrison Meryneter, Member from Saqqad, Federationists Floor Leader: Mr. President, We as Federationists are not opposed to the Labor Party bill. However, we are not aware of any problems with the current policy. As this is the current policy has been overseen by President Chandler's administration led by the Minister Idowu and the Health and Social Services Ministry in particular, we would ask Mr. Sasmew and Labor Party members if they would be willing to hold-over this bill until after the new government is appointed in the forthcoming Nošep Throne Speech. At that point the new government would be more thoroughly abreast of how this matter is being dealt with within the Ministry, in the pharmaceutical industry, and throughout the country and can therefore better inform the Gathering regarding the best policy going forward. Mr. President, I would ask the Labor Party Leader Mr. Sasmew if Labor Party members could agree to such an arrangement. Thank you Mr. President. I yield. |

Message | Ermias Araya Benti, Representative from Aqak, Labor Legislative Leader Mr, President, This bill is to ensure that any advertisement for drugs will also state the risks. When there is a drug advertisement, they must state what side effects they have and what ingredients it has that people can be allergic to and any other possible dangers. I yield the floor. |
