Bill: Labour Reform Act of May 2192
Details
Submitted by[?]: Proletariat Revolution Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2193
Description[?]:
There are parts of the labour law which do not serve the better part of Likatonia and for that reason need to be reformed so that they better reflect the needs of the people. ARTICLE 1 Children, are typically human beings, defined by society as being under thirteen years of age and therefore, in no real position to accept the burden of being in the workforce in the same way that an adult is. This article wouldn't stop children from working; it put a greater focus on their education. Education comes first, work later. A person is not ready for work unless they have been educated. All jobs require the fundamental knowledge we learn in school, whether it is reading and writing; math or whatever, it is what helps us progress. ARTICLE 2 This will put the burden of hiring practices on prefecture governments and thus any conflicts will be resolved at that level, relieving the federal government of having to deal with this. ARTICLE 3 It is self-explanatory. |

Message | AM AAP supports article 1 and article 3. We would probably vote for the whole proposal, despite our lack of supporting interest for article 2. |
