| Currently, the law says we treat children that works as if they were adults, but that is againt's their physical and mental conditions, and by so, doesn't guarantee that they will have a healthy work condition for their age, and protect them from having an abbusive or excesive work enviroment. Child labour should be regulated for Children's conditions, so they can focus mainly on education, and secondly in their jobs. We need a good workforce but not a premature one. We propose, as an included alternative inside the reform, to mantain the current effects of the legislation only to those underaged that works in familiy's bussiness. For the rest of the cases, Child Labour should be more regulated in order to assure protection and a healthy youth. |
