| Message | Mr. Chairman, I suggest that other party's pay a little bit of extra attention to the Rat and the bills passing in it. Our nuclear arsenal has been formally abolished by the left of our nation. Therefor we have made a deal with the Republic of Valruzia to sell the abolished nuclear weapons to them in exchange for a legal right to buy back half of the arsenal if we manage to restore the nuclear capabilities of our great nation. This ensures we have a better chance of returning our weapons once we manage to push our nuclear agenda through again. With this treaty we do our best to defend the arsenal.
