Pietro Corsini, ULD First Vice-Secretary, Shadow Vice Prime Minister, Shadow Minister of Justice We, the ULD, as announced, want to present you with this offer, one that will surely improve the state of our democracy; an official, binding Shadow Cabinet shall have the right to be established by parties not apart of the coalition; all MPs not performing tasks in the actual government shall have the right to join its mirror, so should all other majors. The ministers shall swear by the constitution, on a meeting of the chamber, no less than two weeks after the parliament was sworn. All ministers, including the president of the council, have the right to receive a pension that is a tenth of what their governmental counterparts receive, tough that shall not be compulsory in any way. The cabinet shall also have the right to elect a Vice-President of the Council. We hope that you will support our efforts. Thank you. |
