Bill: R.I.4315 Deregulation of phone services (for real this time)
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 4316
Description[?]:
[OOC: This recently got passed, but it appears I forgot to attach the article. OK. Let's try again.] As we are getting tax levels for the lower income classes down, it is natural that we can also continue to lift regulations on the market that were put in place on services for the people who could not afford them. When the people are taxed much less, they can afford more and as long as there is competition, there is no reason why phone services must be protected from attaining their real market price. |

Old value:: The state regulates the rates providers can charge for phone service.
